SHIPPING
Unihoc.com offers different delivery services. We deliver to DHL Service Points (Parcel Connect) or make home deliveries with DHL Express.
All shipping costs are visible in the check out. Renew cannot be held responsible for delivering a product that is sold out or outdated.

DELIVERY TIME
Your order is handled on normal working days, Monday to Friday. Normal delivery time show in the check-out.

PACKAGES NOT PICKED UP
Please note If you do not pick up your order, you as a customer are responsible for shipping costs.

The package is held maximum 7 days before its returned to sender. The maximum number of days can be up to 14 days depending on country. Not picked up packages are charged in arrears (400SEK/€40/900CZK). If charges are not paid, the case is handed over to debt collection. No exceptions.
