Standard orders are shipped on the same day when placed before 1:00 p.m. We guarantee delivery within 2–4 business days for all orders within Sweden.
If you have selected home delivery, we will process your order just as quickly, and the shipment may often arrive at your door slightly sooner.
If longer processing times apply, we will always provide information about this on our website. This may occur around Christmas or during sale periods.
We do not dispatch orders on weekends. This means that an order placed on Friday afternoon will not be shipped until Monday.
For international orders, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days. However, delivery to some European countries located farther from Sweden may take up to six days.
