Sublimation is a printing technique where color is transferred into the fabric using heat. The dye becomes part of the fabric’s fibers instead of sitting on top of the material. This makes sublimation ideal for match and training apparel that needs to withstand both movement and heavy use.

For sublimation printing, all sponsor logos must be provided in vector format. A vectorized logo is created using shapes and lines rather than pixels, which means it can be scaled up or down without losing sharpness or becoming blurry. You can usually identify this by the file format: PNG and JPEG files are not vector formats, while AI, PDF, and EPS files are.

To maintain the shape, color, and performance of your garment, we recommend washing at 40°C using mild detergent without bleach. Turn the garment inside out before washing and allow it to air dry. This helps preserve both the color quality and the fabric over time. Sublimated garments are white on the inside and printed on the outside, which means the outer surface may be more sensitive than fully dyed materials. To minimize wear, avoid friction against zippers, Velcro, bags, or protective gear.
